We called William & Sons Plumbing on a chilly afternoon in Philadelphia when we suddenly lost heat in our home. Within just a few hours, Troy arrived to help us out. As new homeowners, we really appreciated how Troy took the time to work in our basement and explain each step of the repair process to my husband. He also made sure we understood how our heating system works. Once the issue was fixed, Troy kindly showed our family how to set the thermostat just the way we like it. His professionalism and plumbing knowledge were top-notch. We will definitely be using this company again and recommending their plumbing services to friends and neighbors.

If you’re looking for an honest and reliable plumber in Philadelphia, this company is the way to go. I had other plumbers tell me I had a foundation leak and gave me quotes from $3,500 up to $15,000. When I called this team, Troy came out to inspect the problem. Instead of rushing to tear into my walls like others suggested, Troy recommended I get a second opinion from an independent leak detection specialist before starting any work. Thanks to that advice, the real issue was identified and fixed for under $50. I was so impressed that I later called them for some other plumbing repairs that another plumber quoted at about $900. Troy showed up quickly and handled everything for around $300. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his way around the pipes. If you want fair prices and great service from a plumber who puts the customer first, give these folks a call and ask for Troy.

Troy was friendly and professional when he came to fix my faucet problem—a job that two other plumbers couldn’t handle before. If you need plumbing work done, I highly recommend starting with William & Sons Plumbing as your first choice. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the price was much better than what I paid previously. Troy took the time to explain everything clearly, and he made sure to clean up the water mess on my tile floor after repairing the leak. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had our first experience with William & Sons Plumbing and will definitely call them again. They reached out to let us know Troy could arrive ahead of schedule, which was very convenient. Troy took care of routine maintenance on our hot water heater, inspected all the hot and cold water valves throughout the house, and even discovered a vacation valve hidden behind our water softener that we weren’t aware of. He explained each step as he worked, making sure I understood everything. Troy also discussed our aging water softener, shared advice about several newer models, and later sent over more details for us to consider in the future. The whole experience was smooth and professional—Troy’s plumbing knowledge and friendly attitude made a great impression. We look forward to working with him again when we need plumbing help.

Last year, we started having problems with tree roots clogging up our pipes at home here in Philadelphia. Another plumbing business told us the repair would cost around $13,000 and we might be without water for a week. Wanting to be sure, I reached out to William & Sons Plumbing for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. From the first phone call, their team was professional and straightforward. The person I spoke with asked clear questions about our plumbing issue and honestly explained what they could handle. She was friendly, communicative, and set the right expectations with an accurate timeline. She also described how their plumbing services would address my problem differently from other companies. When Troy and the rest of the crew arrived, they got right to work. They were quick, skilled, and clearly knew what they were doing. My drainage problem was fixed much faster than expected and for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. Even though the plumbers weren’t overly chatty, they were very professional and focused on the job. To me, that matters more than anything. I’d recommend this company to anyone in Philadelphia who needs plumbing help, especially if you want honest work done right. I wanted to share my experience to help others looking for reliable plumbers.

the plumbing team did an amazing job! my apartment had a big problem when the water heater leaked and flooded a good part of the place. the property manager called the plumbers and they showed up exactly when they said they would. troy was the plumber who came to help and he was fantastic. he was really friendly and made sure to explain everything he was doing. when the water removal crew arrived, troy took charge and made sure they started with the areas that needed it most. as a senior, i really appreciated how much he helped me through the whole process. troy carefully moved my washer and dryer, putting them on cardboard to protect my carpet, and he installed the new water heater with hardly any mess. if troy shows what this company is like, then i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

I called for emergency plumbing service because I had a gas leak at my home in Philadelphia. After the gas company came out and turned off the gas, I reached out to several plumbers, and Troy from William & Sons Plumbing was the only one who responded right away. He showed up quickly, checked my plumbing, and found some other problems that I didn’t even know about. Troy was very professional and efficient. He explained what needed to be fixed and gave me a fair estimate that was even lower than I expected for the repair. He got everything done fast and made sure the emergency was taken care of properly. I really appreciated how thorough he was, even handling the extra issues on the spot. I will definitely keep using their services for any future plumbing needs in Philadelphia. Working with someone as reliable and skilled as Troy made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

When my water heater started leaking in Philadelphia, I reached out to a few plumbing companies. Troy came out to take a look. His price was very reasonable compared to the other plumbers I called, and what really stood out was the amount of work he offered to do for that price. Troy clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything in simple terms. He listened to my concerns and made sure every plumbing issue was taken care of, not just the water heater problem. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
